The role requires advanced leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in agriculture or financial services, with a hybrid work arrangement supporting collaboration across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, agribusiness or related field.
• Executive leadership experience in agriculture or financial services.
• Ability to develop marketplace strategies and drive cross functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales leaders responsible for developing new loan and lease business and cross-selling products.
• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to meet loans, leases and ROE goals.
• Promote client-focused, team-based sales approach and cross-selling of all products.
• Ensure compliance, profitability and loan quality within the region.
