Compeer Financial is seeking a senior sales leadership professional to guide a team responsible for developing new loan and lease business and cross-selling our full range of products. You will craft and execute growth strategies to expand our client base and strengthen profitability.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, ensure compliance, manage resources, and build trusted advisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business, finance, agribusiness or related field.
• Expert-level experience in agriculture or financial services is preferred.
• Advanced leadership and management experience with strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales leaders to develop loans, leases, and cross-sell all products.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies within the region.
