Asset Living is seeking a Regional Vice President, Affordable Housing Operations in Charlotte, NC. The role leads Regional Managers, drives LIHTC/Section 8 compliance, and shapes regional strategy with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in property management operations will be considered in place of formal education.
• Experience as Regional Manager in Multifamily Affordable Housing operations is required with strong site-level operations and regional leadership.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Industry certifications such as CAM, CAPS, CPM, HCCP, COS, TCS or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional portfolio operations and financial performance.

• Engage with ownership groups and drive client satisfaction and expansion opportunities.
