Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager for Affordable Housing to lead a portfolio of communities nationwide. You will oversee operations, staff performance, and compliance with fair housing and LIHTC requirements while driving financial performance and resident satisfaction.

This role demands strong leadership, budget management, and travel up to 50% to support multiple sites across California and beyond. A CAM/ARM certification is preferred and regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience within LIHTC/Section 8 programs.
• Prior Regional Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• Proficiency with standard office software and property management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the housing portfolio and supervise onsite staff.
• Ensure LIHTC/Section 8 compliance and fair housing adherence.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to optimize occupancy.
• Monitor maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Travel 25–50% of work time for site visits and training.
