Ideal candidates bring proven senior leadership experience in financial services, a track record of recruiting and coaching talent, and a solid understanding of compliance and wealth management practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior leader in financial services, preferably regional or multi-office management.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and lead high-performing professionals.
• Strategic thinker who translates vision into action.
• Strong understanding of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management practices.
• Experience as a financial advisor or leading advisor teams is a plus.
