Job summary

Small Door is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead Practice Managers across multiple clinics in the Boston area and beyond. You will mentor leaders, optimize daily operations, and ensure financial and clinical standards are met.

The role blends hands-on coaching with strategic oversight and requires travel to markets. You’ll partner with HQ to implement scalable, on-brand processes, improve metrics, and support new openings while maintaining an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading multi-site operations in service-oriented settings.
• Proven track record building and coaching managers.
• Experience driving labor, inventory, and customer experience KPIs.
• Strong communication, judgment and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel across markets and collaborate with HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop Practice Managers across multiple clinics.
• Drive consistent, on-brand operations and service quality.
• Coach on budget, scheduling, and inventory turns.
• Support launches and stabilize new markets.
