Job summary

Accuserve Solutions Inc. is seeking a Regional Vendor Manager to own day-to-day performance for their Dallas/Fort Worth region. This remote role involves traveling 40–50% to manage contractors, resolve issues, and ensure top-tier service for clients and property owners.

You will work hands-on with contractors, coordinate with internal teams, and lead regional meetings to drive program success and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in contractor or vendor management, construction, reconstruction, property claims, or insurance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 40%-50% within the assigned region (overnight stays possible).
• Experience with roofing, windows, siding, and/or water mitigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor contractor performance and coach to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Ensure regional staffing by coordinating with contractors and internal partners.
• Hold routine check-ins with contractors to review active claims and keep work moving forward.
• Ensure assignments are handled efficiently to deliver high-quality customer experience.
• Organize and lead in-person regional meetings with contractors and stakeholders to review health and performance.
• Travel throughout the region (40–50%) to meet homeowners and contractors and ensure compliance.
• Act as primary point of contact when issues arise between property owners, clients, and contractors, aiding resolution.
• Attend regional industry events to support brand presence and contractor recruiting efforts.
