Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contractor or vendor management, construction, reconstruction, property claims, or insurance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with claims and estimating systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor contractor performance and coach to meet SLAs.
• Ensure regional staffing by coordinating with contractors and internal partners.
• Travel 40–50% within the assigned region to engage homeowners and contractors.
• Lead regional meetings and manage stakeholder communications to review health and performance.
• Serve as main point of contact to resolve conflicts and move work forward.
