Flowserve is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow and manage a strategic territory across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, and Northern California. You will combine new-business development with account management to strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities for Flowserve valves and actuation solutions.

This role handles a territory producing roughly $10–$11 million in annual revenue and requires travel around 50% of the time.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent sales experience.
• Significant experience in technical/outside sales or sales engineering in an industrial environment.
• Experience selling valves, actuation products, or flow-control equipment.

Mansioni

• Develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Sell Flowserve valve and actuation solutions to customers in oil and gas, chemical, power generation, mining, semiconductor, food, and beverage sectors.
• Build strong relationships with end users, engineering firms, distributors and other stakeholders.
• Identify customer application requirements and recommend appropriate control valve, isolation valve, and actuation solutions.
• Manage a territory plan to support revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term development.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver responsive customer support; maintain accurate opportunity, account, forecast, and activity data.
