Flowserve is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow and manage a strategic territory across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, and Northern California. You will combine new-business development with account management to strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities for Flowserve valve and actuation solutions.

The role supports a territory generating approximately $10–11 million in annual revenue and requires collaboration with customers in critical markets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent sales experience.
• Experience in technical outside sales or sales engineering within an industrial setting.
• Experience selling valves, actuation products, or related flow-control equipment.
• Ability to develop new business while expanding existing relationships.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% across the listed states.

Mansioni

• Develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts across the assigned territory.
• Sell Flowserve valve and actuation solutions to customers in oil and gas, chemical, power, mining, semiconductor, food, and beverage markets.
• Build strong relationships with end users, engineering firms, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate valve and actuation solutions.
• Manage a territory plan that supports revenue growth, retention, and long-term development.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver responsive customer support.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, account, forecast, and activity information in the sales pipeline.
