Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability in the Latin America and Caribbean markets. You will lead sales teams, develop business plans, and coordinate distributors to expand market share across golf, turf, and irrigation products.

Role requires Spanish fluency, 10+ years in sales/marketing with multi-channel distribution, and strong cross-functional leadership. Travel ~50% and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline. MBA preferred.
• Must have advanced proficiency in Spanish, both in the oral and written form.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise in product and customer benefits across product lines.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills for complex negotiations.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to accomplish goals.
• Strong data-based analytical skills to drive programs and promotions.
• Collaborative, results-driven team player.
• Proven conflict management skills across levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment and manage regional profitability.
• Provide coaching and leadership to sales staff and conduct reviews.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections for product groups.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Coordinate field issue resolutions with Customer Care and provide technical sales support.
• Lead distributor development and training programs to improve performance.
• Drive market development initiatives and new product opportunities.
