MAP Health Management / MAP Care Solutions seeks a Regional Treatment Center Coordinator to strengthen partnerships and implement sustainable workflows for MAP programs across facilities. You will collaborate with the Client Success Team to drive referrals, educate staff, and ensure high-quality care for program participants.

The role emphasizes travel within the region, effective communication, and a strategic mindset to maximize program participation and outcomes while representing the MAP

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in substance abuse/behavioral health or related healthcare field.
• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 100%).
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility staff and participants.
• Collaborate with Client Success Team to implement scalable referral processes.
• Educate staff on MAP value proposition.
• Promote MAP services at partner facilities.
• Coordinate staff and participant engagement during MAP program services.
• Meet or exceed facility referral metrics with the CSM team.
• Evaluate knowledge and performance of treatment center teams.
• Serve as MAP liaison between Client Success Team and clients.
• Assist with regional projects and process improvements.
