Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a dynamic, field-based leader to oversee a multi-territory team of Regional Account Managers. The role focuses on growing a sustainable provider referral network and expanding access to life-changing TMS therapy across regions.

You will guide hiring, onboarding, and development, while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to remove barriers and ensure compliance. Travel up to 70% is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years in healthcare, pharma, or medical device sales.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with multi-territory or regional oversight.
• Proven success leading distributed teams and driving growth across markets.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to inform decisions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within region.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 Regional Account Managers across multiple territories, providing field-based guidance to engagement strategies.
• Drive alignment and performance across regions through KPI-driven management and best practice sharing.
• Build and expand relationships with providers, health systems, and referral networks across territories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to remove barriers and strengthen market presence.
• Maintain a strong field presence (up to 70%), and use CRM tools and reporting to inform data-driven decisions.
