Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the performance of treatment centers within the region. You will supervise Treatment Center Directors and ensure clinical, financial, and operational success.

You will drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, build high-performing teams, and champion patient care across centers. This role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ten years of healthcare management/operations experience required.
• Experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• Outpatient Mental Health services experience required.
• Multisite operations experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Knowledge of current SUD treatment trends and outpatient mental health services for all ages.
• Proven success in building high-performing operating teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (3 of 4 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to Treatment Center Directors.
• Develop and execute regional plans to meet financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations across centers.
• Build, develop, and hold leadership teams accountable for performance.
• Drive patient growth, retention, and access to services within the region.
• Represent BayMark in community, legislative, and industry settings.
• Oversee human resources, staffing, and staff development.
• Mentor leaders and participate in succession planning.
• Collaborate with National Support to drive growth and quality patient care.
