Insight Global is seeking a Traveling Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support across multiple retail and business locations within an assigned region. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices, respond to tickets, document steps, and escalate as needed to meet SLAs.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-3 years of desktop support, field services, or technical operations experience.
• Experience with Windows OS and iOS devices.
• Experience supporting PCs, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Experience with a ticketing system.
• Basic networking experience.
• Associates degree and technical certifications.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows OS, M365, and remote support tools.
• Experience working in a travel-heavy position and in retail/POS environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to service tickets and document troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure ticket resolution within SLAs.
• Assist with imaging, configuration, deployment, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
• Support store openings, remodels, and relocations; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain technology inventory and participate in refresh projects.
• Provide basic technology training and ensure a positive support experience.
• Interact with store leaders and end users to deliver quality support.
