Worldwide TechServices is a global leader in delivering technology services and solutions. The Dynamic PC Support position performs basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops and may support desk side applications and infrastructure.

You will interact with clients to address technical issues promptly and accurately. The role emphasizes customer service, timely service calls, asset control, administrative tasks, and real-time reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service level agreement for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Control assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
