Job summary

Sunrise Preschools in McKinney, TX is seeking a CDS Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for operating partners, school leaders, staff, and corporate teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent brand experience.

You will collaborate with operations, instructional designers, field support, and corporate partners to translate processes into scalable learning, facilitate ILT and VILT sessions, coach learners, and assess training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in education, Talent Development, Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.
• 2-5 years in training, learning and development, center operations, field support, or corporate training.
• Experience supporting both frontline and corporate populations preferred.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate effective learning programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience in childcare, education, franchise, retail, restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, or multi-unit operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ILT, VILT, eLearning courses, job aids, and other learning resources to support operational excellence.
• Translate complex processes into scalable training solutions that drive consistency and performance.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional design teams to create and deliver effective learning programs.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions for corporate teams, partners, and leaders.
• Lead Train the Trainer programs to equip school operators with necessary skills.
• Assess learner comprehension through observation, activities, and assessments and provide coaching.
• Develop and maintain expertise in school operations to support performance and growth.
• Develop and communicate reports and insights on training performance and learner engagement.
• Monitor training compliance and certifications.
• Travel up to 30-50% to support onsite locations, corporate initiatives, and training events.
