Job summary

STC Safety & Risk Management in Frisco, TX is seeking a Training Specialist to support our growing Training team with coordination, LMS administration, e-learning support, and in-person and virtual delivery. You’ll organize programs, prepare materials, serve as a main contact for trainees and clients, and collaborate with our Instructional Designer to develop digital training resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in training coordination, admin support, scheduling, or related field.
• Experience working with an LMS strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Interest in e-learning development and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs from scheduling through completion.
• Prepare classrooms and materials for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Serve as point of contact for trainees, instructors, and clients.
• Coordinate open enrollment, managed client, and customized trainings.
• Support LMS administration including course creation, enrollment, records, and reports.
• Maintain attendance, documentation, and completion reports.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designer to develop e-learning resources.
• Learn STC’s e-learning tools, templates, and development process.
• Assist converting instructor-led training to digital learning experiences.
• Support course updates, testing, QA, publishing, and LMS deployment.
• Develop knowledge and facilitation skills for designated STC Training Center courses.
• Obtain First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification within six months.
