Job summary

Primrose School Franchising Company is seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver learning experiences that empower Franchise Owners and School Leadership Teams to operate and lead their schools effectively.

You will facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs, create learning materials, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive learner engagement and operational excellence. Travel regionally and nationally as needed to support training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs for adults (virtual and in-person).
• Experience creating learning materials and supporting training initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training programs for Franchise Owners, School Leadership Teams, and staff in-person and virtually.
• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, blended, and microlearning solutions.
• Manage and update training materials to stay current with updates and regulations.
