Job summary

SRS Distribution - McKinney is seeking a Learning & Development Instructional Designer to design, develop, and optimize training that drives business impact in McKinney, TX. You will craft engaging content across e-learning, ILT, virtual training, and blended formats, aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include applying instructional design best practices, collaborating with stakeholders, leveraging LMS and authoring tools, and evaluating training effectiveness to improve

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 3 years of Learning & Development or HR experience.
• Strong instructional design expertise and adult learning theory knowledge.
• Experience with digital learning tools (Articulate 360, Synthesia, Adobe CC, Vyond, Camtasia).
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and online course deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content using e-learning, ILT, virtual training, and blended formats.
• Apply instructional design best practices to create interactive learning experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and learning objectives.
• Leverage LMS and authoring tools to deploy training content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Utilize multimedia tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Stay ahead of emerging learning technologies (VR, AI, mobile learning).
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across materials.
