Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking a Training Specialist who will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support operating partners, school leaders, employees, and corporate teams across the network.

You will translate complex procedures into scalable learning resources and collaborate with operations, instructional designers, and leaders to ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning courses, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Translate complex operational processes, best practices, and business initiatives into scalable training solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to create and deliver effective learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and digital training resources for operational excellence.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences and leadership.
• Adapt delivery to different learning styles and levels of experience.
• Assess learner comprehension and provide timely coaching to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate with operations and business leaders to onboard and train staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance data.
