Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience developing training content in corporate/technical environments.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise 360.
• Experience publishing eLearning content to SCORM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials in collaboration with SMEs and subject matter experts.
• Create engaging content including presentations, manuals, eLearning modules, videos and quick-reference guides.
• Apply instructional design principles and templates to simplify complex topics.
• Participate in content review cycles and incorporate feedback.
