Job summary

Caesars Entertainment, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a Regional Training Specialist to lead training and development across the Las Vegas region.

The role emphasizes instructional design, needs analysis, course development, and delivery of programs for employees at all levels. You will design training materials, manage projects with timelines, and collaborate with property leadership to ensure accurate materials and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related subject preferred.
• 3+ years of instructional design and/or technical writing experience preferred.
• 2 years training/facilitating experience or hotel/casino operations experience required.
• Experience conducting needs analysis strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and instructional design principles.
• Technical writing, training, performance measuring, multimedia, curriculum and course development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the Training and Development needs for the Las Vegas Region – with an emphasis on Instructional Design.
• Designs and develops instructional material; facilitate courses for Caesars Entertainment employees in the Las Vegas Region.
• Conducts needs analysis to identify specialized training needs.
• Monitors and evaluates the progress, effectiveness and impact of training and development programs.
• Develops, in conjunction with department management, technical job skills and customer service training.
• Advises and assists with design of instructional systems to facilitate department needs.
• Responsible for project management, establishing and meeting timelines, attention to detail and follow-through.
