Job summary

Pace Transportation Services is seeking a Regional Lease & Rental Sales Representative to drive revenue through leasing and rental of trailers across a multi-location territory. You will develop relationships, expand accounts, and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.

The role requires a strong understanding of transportation operations, pricing strategy, and consultative selling, with travel within the assigned territory to support customers and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
• 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in leasing or fleet services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing full sales lifecycle.
• Experience with pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy to grow lease and rental revenue.
• Prospect and acquire new customers including local fleets and national accounts.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Prepare lease/rental proposals aligned with pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate renewals, extensions, and terminations; maintain CRM records.
• Provide regular forecasts and account updates to leadership.
