The ideal candidate will manage territory strategically, execute 10+ weekly sales calls, and coordinate with operations. Overnight travel is expected, with a focus on achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or proven success in transportation sales.
• Strong relationship management with branch staff, customers and vendors.
• Understanding of profit drivers and business acumen.
• Experience selling value-added services.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Frequent cold calling in large territory.
• Ability to log calls and use CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Rent trailers to transportation marketplace.
• Make 10 scheduled sales calls per week (face-to-face).
• Overnight travel: 2 weeks per month, 3–4 nights per week.
• Maintain CRM activity in Salesforce.
• Develop and implement a sales plan for territory.
• Manage P&L and forecast results.
• Collaborate with operations and team.
