TEKsystems is hiring a Time and Expense Operations Supervisor to provide direct supervision over time capture and expense activities for the assigned region. This role partners with field offices to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolves complex inquiries escalated by the Associate team.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred.
• 4+ years leadership preferred.
• 2+ years Field Support Group experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end time capture and expense process for the assigned region, including collection, validation and adjustment of time and expense activities for contractors.
• Recruit, interview, hire, counsel and terminate personnel on their assigned team; ensure onboarding quality.
• Coach and supervise Associate team; assess strengths and weaknesses and drive development.
• Manage and deliver regional reports; build stakeholder relationships across functions.
• Enforce hub policies/procedures; lead communications with account managers/recruiters; support audit activities.
