Finance Operations & Expense Coordinator (Part Time)

Position Summary

The Finance Operations & Expense Coordinator provides operational support to the Treasury and Cash Management team, working closely with the Treasury Lead and supporting the broader Treasury organization. This position is expected to work approximately 20 hours per week and serves as a central point of coordination for expense management, operational issue resolution, vendor support, and cross-functional finance activities.

The role requires frequent collaboration with teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and experienced working in a multinational environment where coordination across different regions, cultures, and time zones is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global Time & Expense processes by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolution with internal teams and external providers.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance operations, expense management, accounts payable, shared services, or related operational roles.
• Experience supporting global or multinational organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Time & Expense systems and processes.
• Exposure to treasury, cash management, banking operations, or corporate finance.
