EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator to support HR TEC processes from anywhere in the US. The role involves handling complex HR transactions, coaching peers, and ensuring production quality.

You will collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, escalate issues, and contribute to reporting while meeting department standards. The position emphasizes service delivery, understanding customer expectations, and proactive problem-solving within TEC guidelines.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
