Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day TA programs and interview scheduling in a global, matrix environment. You will coach, prioritize, manage workloads and ensure accurate, compliant delivery aligned with service expectations.

You’ll oversee centralized TA processes, drive continuous improvement, monitor SLAs, and collaborate with Talent leaders, vendors and cross-functional teams to optimize delivery, reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in TA operations or related operational functions.
• Experience with campus programs support.
• Experience providing direct or indirect work direction, coaching, mentoring, onboarding support, training, or team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing operational processes, escalations, SLAs, quality reviews, or process improvement initiatives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using HR, talent, recruiting, learning, workflow, case management, reporting, compliance, or enterprise operational systems.
