Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to expand market share in the region by servicing existing customers and actively pursuing new accounts. You will conduct weekly sales calls, prepare reports, and develop strategic plans based on area market data.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of selling experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment. This role includes travel and on-site customer engagement as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• College coursework is a plus.
• Proven selling experience is required (4 years).
• Computer skills include Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/email.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly sales calls with existing customers and cold call potential customers (4–5 per week).
• Prepare weekly sales and call reports.
• Develop monthly sales strategy and travel calendar.
• Perform area market analyses for top accounts (Dealers, Contractors, Builders).
• Research market data to tailor sales strategy and increase market share.
