Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Sales Representative to expand market share in the Houston region. The role focuses on servicing existing customers and cold calling potential accounts, with weekly reports and strategic planning to drive sales growth.

The position emphasizes field-based responsibilities, client follow-ups, and data-driven sales tactics, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and some college highly preferred.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/email are required.
• 4 years of prior selling experience; customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct weekly sales calls and 4–5 cold calls per week to new and existing customers.
• Prepare weekly sales and call reports.
• Develop monthly strategy for sales calls and a monthly travel calendar.
• Conduct area market analysis of top accounts and dealers/contractors/builders.
• Research area market data to tailor sales strategy and product mix.
• Grow market share while maintaining product margins.
• Follow up with clients via phone, letters, and emails.
• Provide PK seminars to customers.
• Utilize on-demand reporting to hit sales objectives.
