Job summary

Live Nation Concerts in Beverly Hills is seeking a qualified Ticketing Manager to lead ticket operations for promoted shows in third-party venues. This detail-oriented role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience managing processes and multi-system ticketing environments.

The role collaborates with Talent Buyers, venue staff, and internal teams to ensure accurate event setup, inventory management, pricing execution, and timely ticket releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in ticketing operations or live event management.
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster platforms (HOST, EMT, TM1).
• Experience with box office operations in open/third-party venues.
• Experience creating ticket scaling maps and working with seating configurations.
• Familiarity with AXS and SeatGeek.
• Experience leading small teams and coordinating staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ticketing contact and operational lead for Live Nation-promoted events in third-party venues.
• Manage end-to-end ticketing process, inventory, compliance, and event execution.
• Prepare and distribute ticketing directives and build instructions.
• Coordinate with Talent Buyers, venue personnel, tour reps, and internal teams.
• Support revenue optimization through ticket scaling and pricing.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory; hold releases.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Finance and artist relations.
• Maintain box office records and event archives.
• Supervise Ticketing Coordinators and training.
• Onboard and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with ticketing policies.
