Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Entertainment industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration for tours of all sizes.
• Gather and manage calendar avails and holds.
• Organization of the Tour Routing file.
• Complete and distribute tour files with guidance.
• Maintain tour files and ensure proper archiving.
• Utilize TM1 and other systems for ticketing data.
• Assist with industry and guest ticketing requests on site.
• Work with tour finance on reporting and payments.
• Create reports and distribute to stakeholders.
• Update event budgets with supervision.
• Gather information for Tour Directors and Promoters.
