Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a detail‑oriented Tour Marketing Coordinator in Beverly Hills, CA. This role supports the Tour Marketer by coordinating campaigns, tracking budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate on-sale details across tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience in related field such as music, entertainment or media.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive problem solving and creative thinking.
• Proficiency with MS Office, G-Suite, and Box; Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and marketing support to the Tour Marketing team.
• Collaborate with Digital, Media & Partnerships teams to track budgets and process invoices.
• Coordinate tickets or prizing for programs and promotions.
• Keep on-sale timing and marketing instructions updated in project tools.
• Research audience and artist demographics to shape plans.
• Liaise with internal/external teams on tour details.
• Assist with on-site duties at shows and press events.
• Prepare meetings with artist representatives.
