Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Employer Partnerships in North Texas. You will build and manage relationships with Labor, Union, and corporate partners to connect employees with Charlie Health’s mental health services.

This role requires 5–8+ years of sales experience, travel, and the ability to educate senior leaders. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and legal to reach go-to-market goals across the Employer channel.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years proven sales experience with KPIs.
• Experience selling to unions, employers, and EAPs.
• Willingness to travel regionally and live in North Texas.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with initiative.
• Ability to educate and influence senior corporate leaders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy focused on Labor, Union, and Employer partners.
• Build relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers.
• Lead cold outreach, host educational meetings, and presentations of Charlie Health resources.
• Conduct in-person field outreach 3–4 days/week with employer partners and communities.
• Identify challenges in access and collaborate with EAP providers to remove barriers.
• Design tailored outreach for HR teams, wellness coordinators, and employee groups.
• Deepen penetration across partnerships and collaborate on long-term initiatives.
• Attend and lead events for HR teams, partners, and EAPs to maintain engagement.
• Share feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to hit go-to-market goals.
