Charlie Health, Inc. is expanding its team to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aimed at Labor, Union, and Employer partners.

You will build relationships with labor leadership, EAPs, HR, and benefits managers, while conducting outreach and education to raise awareness of Charlie Health’s mental health resources. This role involves substantial in-person field work (3–4 days/week) across priority markets, identifying access barriers, and collaborating with internal teams to meet

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience with KPIs mastery.
• Ability to build relationships with Labor, Union, and Employer stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategy focused on Labor, Union, and Employer partners.
• Manage relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers.
• Conduct cold outreach, educational meetings and presentations to raise awareness of Charlie Health.
• Lead in-person field outreach 3–4 days per week with employer stakeholders.
• Identify barriers to mental health access in corporate environments and work with EAPs to address them.
• Design tailored outreach to engage HR teams, wellness coordinators, and ERGs.
• Deepen Charlie Health?s penetration across Labor, Union, and Employer partnerships.
