Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales or relevant insurance experience.
• Experience driving sales results and working with different lines of insurance.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prospects, interviews, and approves new appointments to expand GEICO’s agency distribution.
• Manage agents within a designated area via in-person, virtual, phone, and email.
• Translate national initiatives into local goals and hold agents accountable.
• Monitor agent performance against goals, procedures and guidelines.
• Counsel agents and, with leadership support, take disciplinary action up to termination.
• Deliver effective communications; assist agencies in building local marketing plans.
• Use data analysis to prepare pre-call strategies and focus on opportunities.
• Act as SME on GEICO products; research competitors to influence sales.
• Evaluate agency performance and enforce agreed action plans.
• Conduct training of agency staff on products and value proposition.
• Develop growth plans with leadership and product teams.
• Prepare department plans, staffing projections and budgets; identify cost savings.
• Adhere to conduct policies; maintain attendance at the business location.
