• Manage agents with in-person, virtual, phone, and email communications to train and improve performance.
• Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals and monitor execution.
• Analyze performance data to guide pre-call strategies and growth plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop growth plans and budgets.
