Job summary

Atlas Copco in Texas is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to serve as technical expert and strategic partner for Pasadena, Corpus Christi, and Freeport branches. You will work with Sales, Operations, and Service teams to develop customer solutions and drive growth.

The role requires advanced product knowledge of pumps, tanks, filtration systems, and rental solutions, plus experience coaching sales personnel and expanding market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of technical sales, equipment rental, or related operational experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Pasadena, Corpus Christi, and Freeport.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for pumps, tanks, and related rental solutions.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate equipment.
• Coach and mentor sales reps with technical product training.
• Travel regularly between Pasadena, Corpus Christi, and Freeport to support operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Branch Leadership to meet goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities.
