Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Customer Applications team member to advance Biosafety business, focusing on aseptic and virus filtration and validation services in your region. You will collaborate with Field Marketing and Commercial teams to present technical solutions and guide customers from trial to adoption.

You’ll work with Process Development Scientists, engage in virtual and in-person meetings, and share customer feedback with leadership to shape products and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience in life sciences with sales and/or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in downstream processing of biopharmaceuticals (e.g., monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, plasma).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial partners to drive adoption of aseptic and virus filtration technologies.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance sales in your region.
• Assist Field Marketing and Commercial teams in planning regional action plans.
• Identify strategic opportunities for market share growth from customer insights and market dynamics.
• Develop credibility with customers and colleagues to position the right product in your portfolio.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Prepare and validate information for prioritizing customer projects.
• Act as an ambassador for MilliporeSigma and support broader product range.
