Job summary

Sdmsconnect is seeking a Zone Head / Tech Centre Head to drive end-to-end regional performance in CNC machine tools. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes execution, accountability, and team productivity across Sales, Applications, Service, and Administration.

Responsibilities include regional ownership of revenue and margin, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring disciplined demo planning, CRM hygiene, and customer satisfaction through strong field presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-20 years of experience in CNC machine tools or capital equipment industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, applications, and service.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Applications, Service, and Administration.
• Review sales funnel, forecasts, and projections; ensure CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
• Drive disciplined demo planning, demo-to-order conversion, and technical readiness.
• Coordinate with Country Head on strategy, execution, and reporting.
