Job summary

DN Solutions America Corporation seeks a Senior Service Engineer for our Chicago Technical Center. You will own the technical performance of CNC machines and automation, develop preventive maintenance, and keep showroom-quality equipment ready for demonstrations and training.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure peak machine reliability, support demonstrations, and lead continuous improvement efforts across the facility.

Qualifications

5+ years of CNC machine tool service experience.
Experience installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machining centers, turning centers, mill-turn machines, or automation systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, spindle, and servo systems.
Experience with Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls.
Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC schematics.

Responsibilities

Own the technical performance, reliability, and readiness of all CNC machine tools and automation systems within the Chicago Technical Center.
Develop preventive maintenance programs that maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Maintain showroom-quality machines for customer demonstrations, engineering validation, technical training, and executive events.
