Job summary

Enduro Technical Services of North America, Inc. seeks a Regional Lead Autotech for the Southern region. Based in the Southern United States, you will anchor field operations, lead Autotechs, and coordinate with Michigan leadership on scheduling, quotes, and growth.

This hands-on role focuses on repair, fault diagnosis, and safety leadership. You will travel regionally to client sites, diagnose automated systems and conveyors, and drive maintenance and service quality while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in industrial maintenance or field service.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting across conveyors.
• Proficient in Excel and clear communication across teams.
• Experience leading technicians or coordinating field work.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair conveyor systems and automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Support emergency breakdown response and preventive maintenance.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Provide field coaching and safety leadership.
