Job summary

Legacy Service Partners in the United States seeks a full-cycle recruiter to own a regional portfolio of partner businesses. You will guide the candidate journey from intake through onboarding, acting as a strategic advisor to drive capacity and impact for partner teams.

You’ll partner with regional leaders and hiring managers, build accurate job postings, maintain UKG records, and deliver proactive updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (UKG a plus) and meticulous record-keeping
• Excellent verbal and written communication, building trust with managers and candidates
• Ability to manage a full portfolio of requisitions and partners simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage end-to-end process for assigned partner companies from intake to onboarding handoff
• Partner with Regional Leader to align hiring priorities and build capacity where business needs it most
• Collaborate with General Managers and Department Leads to define role requirements and craft accurate job postings
• Build capacity, not just fill jobs, measuring success by impact and realized capacity
• Own your pipeline and keep UKG as the single source of truth with accurate dispositioning
• Communicate proactively with weekly business reviews and pipeline updates, backed by data and recommendations
• Escalate early by bringing market intelligence and a concrete recommendation when a requisition stalls
• Build market intelligence about competitors, markets, and compensation trends in your region
