Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to own a regional portfolio of partner businesses across the United States. You will drive capacity building and manage the candidate journey from intake through onboarding, partnering with regional leaders and hiring managers to define roles and attract strong candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in skilled trades, home services, or distributed workforce preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking system (UKG a plus) and data-driven recruiting

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned partner companies, from intake and posting through screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding handoff
• Partner with regional leaders to align hiring priorities and build capacity where the business needs it most
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and craft job postings that attract strong candidates
• Build capacity, not just fill jobs, with focus on impact and regional growth
• Own the pipeline and maintain accurate candidate records in UKG
