Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Regional Talent Partner to manage full life cycle recruiting across designated regions within the United States. The role supports hiring managers, builds candidate pipelines, and drives the sourcing strategy for hard-to-fill roles.

You will collaborate with Talent Leaders and Branch Directors, travel occasionally for strategic planning, and ensure timely onboarding through the HRIS system while upholding Bethany’s mission and values.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college.
• At least 3 years of experience performing the full life cycle of recruiting.
• At least 4 years of social work experience in a child welfare agency preferred.
• Must have an ability to facilitate behavioral-based interview questions.
• Must have a demonstrated passion for customer service and highly organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks.
• Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Partner with assigned region to conduct the full life cycle of recruiting based on the needs of the hiring manager.
• Participate in the training/mentoring of RTP I.
• Provide coverage in the event of RTP Manager absence as appropriate.
• Provide project management assistance in collaboration with Talent Leaders.
• Continuously improve the online presence of Bethany's job postings across various job boards.
• Assist hiring managers with creating the candidate search strategy.
• Actively recruit top talent through sourcing, cold calling, emailing, and other forms of outreach for difficult to fill positions.
• Source and screen incoming resumes and applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to recommend top candidates.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager to identify potential candidate pools for top talent in their geographical regions.
• Develop candidate pipelines for strategic positions within the organization.
• Partner with Branch Directors to screen, and source talent for new and growing programs or contracts.
• Address and maintain the HR support tickets that include but not limited to job postings, job assessments, talent documentation, job board assistance, and background checks.
• Initiate the onboarding process for new hire within the HRIS system, ensuring a smooth handoff to the hiring manager for orientation and training.
• Conduct new hire outreach calls to new employees to ensure they have been on-boarded successfully and have what they need to perform their essential job functions.
• Perform occasional travel to assigned region for strategic planning, partnership development, and local area networking.
• Participate in HR’s cross-training initiative, strategic planning efforts, and process improvement, as needed.
• May assist the Regional Talent Partner Team in developing strategies to source candidates.
• Stay abreast of all agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to Foster Care, Licensing, and State Adoption.
• Essential job responsibilities may vary based on the specific needs of each program/department.
• May be required or asked to participate in a Bethany sponsored event.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
