Job summary

Galileo Learning, LLC is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across camp staff, leadership, and HQ roles within a defined region. You’ll build regional plans, coach a seasonal hiring team, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across diverse profiles.

This role emphasizes regional market knowledge, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with program and operations to scale staffing for peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience across multiple role types or levels preferred.
• Experience recruiting for seasonal, high-volume hiring (camp, hospitality, retail, or events) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building or coaching a team; people-management experience required for Manager level.
• Comfort managing a high volume of open requisitions across different hiring profiles.
• Strong relationship-building skills with managers, candidates, and community partners.
• Comfort using data and an ATS to track pipeline health and report recruiting metrics.
• Familiarity with the assigned geographic region; local school/university/community connections a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle regional recruiting across camp staff, camp leadership, and HQ roles within your region.
• Lead regular check-ins with managers and field leaders to track progress and adjust plans.
• Partner to select, train, and co-manage a seasonal hiring team to support summer staffing.
• Ensure fidelity to Galileo interview and selection standards with real-time coaching.
• Build regional pipelines by relationships with schools, universities, and community orgs.
• Track and report time-to-fill, offer-accept rate, and quality/retention by role type.
