Chick-fil-A Supply LLC seeks a Regional Talent Leader to direct talent activities for the Midwest region, partnering with regional and DC leadership to drive employee relations, recruiting, planning, legal compliance, safety, training, and communication.

You will implement Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Planning programs while traveling 6–8 weeks to distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Approximately 8 years of HR experience, with 5 years in a talent generalist role.
• Master’s/Advanced Degree preferred.
• Experience in foodservice distribution and multi-site leadership preferred.
• Willingness to travel about 75%.
• Relocation assistance provided.

Responsabilités

• Directs talent activities for the region, including employee relations and recruiting.
• Partners with regional and distribution center leadership to engage team members and strengthen culture.
• Implements and deploys talent programs (Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, etc.).
• Ensures legal compliance and safety across multi-state operations.
• Travel to each Distribution Center in the region every 6–8 weeks.
