Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead regional recruiters, build a scalable operating model, and translate business needs into regional hiring plans across AmeriVet’s partner clinics.

You will partner with regional leaders, provide meaningful analytics, coach teams, and optimize ATS workflows, candidate engagement, and reporting to improve pipeline quality and time-to-fill while upholding AmeriVet’s values.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi-site, healthcare, veterinary, or similar field-based operating environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies that meet hiring targets.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system, CRM, sourcing platforms, reporting dashboards, and candidate engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team: manage, coach, and develop a team of regional recruiters.
• Build a Consistent Operating Model: establish a scalable recruiting operating model with standardized processes and tools.
• Develop Regional Hiring Strategies: collaborate with regional leaders to meet hiring targets across partner clinics.
• Drive Recruiter Effectiveness: optimize ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, engagement tools, and dashboards.
