Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and workforce planning.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive hiring results across an assigned region and monitor staffing levels, open positions, and hiring forecasts.
• Partner with regional operational leaders to address staffing challenges and implement recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Champion AI technologies and automated workflows to improve efficiency and scalability of recruiting processes.
• Monitor KPIs and present hiring updates and recommendations to regional leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and maintain accurate hiring records.
